What did you do to achieve self-improvement during self-quarantine?

As a gymgoer, I initially struggled with self-quarantine and not being able to do my workout routines. But later, I got into high intensity interval training and body-weight training. I actually come out of the self-quarantine with a stronger cardiovascular system.
